Let me help make a difference in your life by assisting you in the purchase or sale of the most important asset you own. Going the extra mile for you is my goal and it began in 1978 when I received my Broker's License, setting me apart from the average agent in the business. As a former teacher I learned to be a caretaker and I treat my work in real estate the same way. My commitment to you is to give 110% of my time and energy to help you achieve your real estate dreams.
I approach my business with a personal touch and love the personal contact and interaction between my clients and myself. By walking the neighborhoods I serve, I've seen families grow and flourish in a safe and happy environment. Holidays and the change of seasons give me a reason to visit the children going door-to-door with Santa at Christmas time and the Easter Bunny in the spring. This experience has given me the insight I need to find just the right neighborhood, schools, etc., to suit the needs of your family.
Having lived in four major counties in California has given me broad experience and the ability to target just the right home for you. My twenty-two years of real estate experience has taken my business as far north as Solvang, as far south as the San Fernando Valley and South Bay areas. My specialty today lies in the Camarillo, Mission Oaks and Channel Islands Beach communities. My networking capabilities are enhanced by my memberships in both the Ventura County Coastal Board of Realtors and the Southland Regional Board of Realtors. My business runs the gamut from first time home buyers to senior citizens, second home buyers and move-up buyers/sellers and investors.
Serving as a director for the Ventura County Coastal Board of Realtors for three years was my first opportunity to give back and make a difference in my business community. As a way of giving back to my local community, I hosted a golf tournament for four years with fellow realtors and affiliates in the real estate industry for charity. The proceeds raised benefitted the Interface Family/Children's Services for Domestic Violence in Ventura County. In 2006 I was honored with an award by this organization as their Champion of Volunteerism.
